Construction Continues on Schedule
On June 7, 2007, almost 300 contractors, subcontractors, Parc Communities staff, and Charter Residents celebrated the “Topping Out” of Parc at Buckhead. The structure of the building is now complete and interior improvements have begun in earnest.
From any direction, one can begin to see the grand scale of the building and the oversized windows and balcony doors that will set the elegant and airy feel that is the essence of Parc at Buckhead. What cannot be seen, but what is equally as important, are the elaborate life safety features that are already being installed in the building. From state of the art emergency response systems, to emergency generators, to elevators that will be functional even in the event of a fire, Parc at Buckhead residents will enjoy a living environment that has never before been available.
While our list of Charter Residents continues to grow, we are still offering wonderful incentives to those more assertive individuals who want to select an apartment in Parc at Buckhead prior to the time that the building is ready for occupancy. Not only will the Charter Residents receive the first choice of apartments and other incentives, but they will also be able to lock down a pre-opening rental rate which could save them thousands of dollars over the term of their occupancy.
